Kaspersky Lab, a leading developer of secure content management solutions, announces the launch of Kaspersky PURE, an integrated solution to protect home networks. The new product was unveiled at Europe's largest IT exhibition CeBIT 2010 and will be available in stores from 30 March, 2010.
Kaspersky Lab has applied an inspirational new approach to the product's development and marketing strategy. The name, Kaspersky PURE, was deliberately chosen to convey the concept of a solution that is genuine, clean and total. poll said that they are still running the browser, whether at
home,
at work, or both. In VB's
poll, 15% of respondents said they were running the browser at
work,
indicating that, for many organizations, upgrading is not a

Kaspersky Lab, a leading developer of secure content management solutions, announces the successful patenting in the USA of a hardware-based antivirus system that effectively combats rootkits.
The new technology makes use of a hardware-based antivirus solution whose primary function is to neutralize the most widespread type of threat – malicious programs that store themselves or infect files on a computer's hard drive. The patented antivirus program scans data that is written to the hard disk, identifying and blocking malicious programs.
